Trying to make my site truely multi-lingual

Well, since I lately discovered the Polyglot Plugin for Wordpress and since it seems to be a great enhancement to blogs aimed at different language speaking people, I started changing some stuff here on jaunscorner.com. The final idea would be that the German speaking ones could read their stuff in German, while the English speaking ones - well, I guess you get it.

It might be necessary to switch to another layout (or Wordpress Theme, as they call it), but you will see.
In the mean time, inform me of anything that does not work anymore since the change.

And try out the Language Links in the sidebar. Do they switch the content of at least this article at all?

Its now the third of April so this may be a little late. Your language switch thing does work. The post is now in German but this “Leave a Reply” facility and the “Related Posts from the Past” are both in English. Mmmm… as is my reply…

    Hi Amelia,
Thank you for your comment. I am glad to hear that the language switcher works so far. Unfortunately, there are indeed many elements on this site which are not at all or only partly being translated at this stage of development. This has, hoverer, nochting to do with your computer, but just with the fact that I still have not completed all the work on my blog for the feature to really work everywhere. But I still hope that the day might come where everything, including for example the comment submission form, will be translated correctly;)
Thank you again for your comment! René
