This site is now hosted by DREAMHOST, where I just got a great sounding (and working) hosting plan. It has 20 gb disk space, unlimited domains to host and - which I like most - an SSH Access;-)

This is also the time to say goodbye to HostPoint, which was my former hosting provider. I actually wanted to change to a new hosting provider in March, but since DREAMHOST had some good specials going on, I thought it was worth to change earlier!

So let me know if you see this! Your comment could be THE FIRST on the new server! AND - if there are comments from enough people (let’s say: More than ten), I will consider giving away something to one of them, OK?

Well, since I lately discovered the Polyglot Plugin for Wordpress and since it seems to be a great enhancement to blogs aimed at different language speaking people, I started changing some stuff here on jaunscorner.com. The final idea would be that the German speaking ones could read their stuff in German, while the English speaking ones - well, I guess you get it.

It might be necessary to switch to another layout (or Wordpress Theme, as they call it), but you will see.
In the mean time, inform me of anything that does not work anymore since the change.

And try out the Language Links in the sidebar. Do they switch the content of at least this article at all?

See? I CAN stick to my promises made some posts ago.

There is This Contact Form online. It is not like the greatest ever, but at least one can send me stuff other than by just writing comments (which you still should though).

Maybe I will add some scripts to show if I am online and how to send Instant Messages, but I have to find those first!

Just wanted to drop a warm HELLO to the listeners of VIRUS, the Swiss Youth Channel! I just got a CD from them and while on air, I was allowed to communicate the address of my blog!

So did anyone actually check it out after hearing me?

Let me know what you think. Any recommendations, especially considering visual style etc, would be apreciated! I know that I should translate everything
on here into DEUTSCH one day - but who knows if I ever will
